Once You Go Black You Never Go Back. Audemars Piguet's Openworked Royal Oak Skeleton Get's The Ceramic Treatment

Measuring its usual 41mm sizing, the new Royal Oak’s case is completely constructed out of black ceramic, matching the same material and tone with its integrated bracelet. An openworked dial allows you to admire the workings of the in-house selfwinding Manufacture Calibre 3132, which carries the luxury watchmaker’s patented pink gold double balance wheel technology, improving both the timepiece’s precision and stability. The pink gold extends to the applied hour-markers and luminescent hands as well as the 22-carat oscillating weight right beneath the caseback, which itself features the engraving “Royal Oak Double Balancier” as a nod to the complex mechanism within.
